Hardware
On-Hold Marketing Installation & Setup
USB Content Delivery
If your On-Hold content is received via USB stick, plug the USB stick into an available USB port on the hardware.
Internet-Connected Content Delivery
If your On-Hold content is received via Internet, connect the Ethernet cable into the LAN plug.
Note: To use the device via WiFi connection rather than Ethernet, connect the device to a monitor or TV via HDMI cable. Then, follow the WiFi setup instructions.
Connect Phone System
Connect the 3.5mm cable to the unit and plug the RCA audio cable into the audio input or on-hold input of your phone system.
Power On
Connect the AC power adapter; the player will then prepare to play media. This can take several minutes.
To raise or lower the volume of your on-hold audio, use the + or - buttons on the included remote.
Notes:
- Always use a surge protector.
- Don't use an outlet controlled by a light switch.
- Your player must be connected to the Internet to receive scheduled music, updates, and maintenance.

Managing Your Account
You can manage your account online at GRRID.biz.
Your Username will be the email address associated with the account and the Password will be provided during initial setup and can be updated manually.
